You’ll work closely with dentists and team members to create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient.

Requirements

  • Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Minnesota
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene (accredited program)
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient education skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
  • Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays)
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
  • Identify conditions such as gingivitis, periodontal disease, and other oral health concerns
  • Collaborate with dentists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain infection control standards and ensure a safe clinical environment
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with patients to support long-term care
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
