Requirements

  • Current or eligible Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license.
  • Passion for patient-centered care and preventive dentistry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to clinical excellence.
  • A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
  • Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
  • A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care using evidence-based clinical protocols.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, periodontal charting, radiographs, and patient screenings.
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care to improve lifelong wellness.
  • Partner closely with doctors and teammates to create outstanding patient experiences.
  • Build trust with patients through compassionate communication and personalized care.
  • Help create an efficient, positive, and welcoming environment where both patients and team members thrive.
  • Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
  • Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
  • Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
  • Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
  • Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
