About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient dental hygienist role focused on preventive care and patient education within a stable clinical environment with full support staff. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced dentists and the clinical team, with flexible scheduling and an optional four-day work week available. Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license REQUIRED
• Strong patient education and communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to collaborate effectively with dental providers REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Preventive dental care experience preferred
• Outpatient dental setting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Apply sealants and fluorides to protect teeth
• Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth
• Assess oral health conditions and report findings to dentists
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Document treatment plans and patient care accurately
