Requirements

• A licensed Dental Hygienist in Iowa
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and an excellent communicator
• Tech-savvy with experience in digital radiography and practice management software
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Motivated to stay current with medical, dental, and hygiene protocols

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, scaling and root planing, sealants, and fluoride treatments
• Educate and motivate patients on oral health and overall wellness
• Capture and interpret digital radiographs and intraoral images
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to deliver seamless patient care
• Follow sterilization, infection control, and operatory turnover protocols
• Help create a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered experience
