About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene.
• Proficiency in digital radiography.
• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of dental hygiene principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with production-based pay models.
• Familiarity with various dental insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
• Conduct oral health assessments and take dental radiographs.
• Administer topical anesthetic and fluoride treatments.
• Maintain patient records using Eaglesoft practice management software.
• Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
