Requirements

Active New Jersey Dental Hygiene license or ability to get one
New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
Licensed Dental Hygienist or eligible to become licensed in the state of practice.
New graduates are welcome!
Current CPR certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for patient care, education and prevention.

Responsibilities

Deliver preventive and periodontal care with a patient-first approach
Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings
Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care techniques
Partner with doctors to support comprehensive treatment planning and improved patient outcomes
Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families
Create positive patient experiences that encourage retention and lifelong oral health
Maintain accurate clinical records and uphold the highest standards of care
Deliver high-quality preventive dental hygiene care using evidence-based protocols.
Perform appropriate assessments, diagnostics and preventive treatments within your scope of practice.
Educate patients on oral hygiene, prevention and the connection between oral and overall health.
Build trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, judgment-free experience.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to identify patient needs and personalize treatment.
Stay current with dental technologies, instruments and best practices that enhance patient care.
