About The Position
This is a travel Dental Hygienist role in the Brookfield Area, supporting multiple established offices. The position offers above-market pay, a flexible and dynamic work environment, supportive teams, and consistent patient flow. The role involves providing preventive and top-of-scope hygiene care, educating patients, supporting treatment plans, and working with doctors and teams across various locations to deliver a great patient experience.
Requirements
- Active WI RDH license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Flexibility and a patient first, attitude
- A current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
