Requirements

Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice.
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
Strong communication and patient education skills.
A compassionate, team-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care.
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and disease prevention.
Perform periodontal assessments, charting, scaling, root planing, and preventive services.
Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Partner closely with doctors and team members to create personalized treatment plans.
Build trusted, long-term relationships that keep patients smiling for years to come.
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
