Here's what you can expect: Onboarding Process, Hygiene Development, Mentor System for Oncoming Hygiene Team Members, Monthly Hygiene Team meetings w/ Owner Doctor, Career Growth and Development with defined growth paths for Hygienists leading to increasing Pay Tiers, Clinical Autonomy focused on Patients not Production, Business Support with Guaranteed Hours based on a strong Patient Base and a full support team handling marketing, HR, Insurance, Purchasing, etc. Owner Doctor meets with each provider team monthly for support.
Requirements
- An active state hygiene license
- Preferred 1+ year experience
- A glowing personality and a welcoming smile!
- A dependable team player with a great attitude!
- Ability to work hours of shift
Responsibilities
- Caring for Patient as if family - dental care, relationship building, & education
- Collaborative care and communication with Hygienists
- Working with Dentists, Dental Assistants and Front-Office
- Being Intuitive to needs of practice on daily basis, and taking Initiative

- Total Compensation of up to $55/hr including both hourly wage and incentive
