What You'll Do Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care Conduct thorough patient assessments, screenings, and periodontal evaluations Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and long-term disease prevention Build trust through compassionate, patient-centered care Collaborate with doctors and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish What You'll Bring Active California Dental Hygienist license Current CPR/BLS certification Passion for patient care and oral health education Strong communication and relationship-building skills Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Why Rocklin? Requirements

Active California Dental Hygienist license
Current CPR/BLS certification
Passion for patient care and oral health education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous learning
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
