Requirements
- Active Kentucky Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR and N2O certification
- Knowledge of Dentrix software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and preventive care services
- Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing as needed
- Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate clinical records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive treatment options
- Assist dentists in diagnosing and monitoring oral health conditions
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards in accordance with state and federal regulations
- Build positive relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience
