About The Position

At Aspen Dental, dental hygienists are empowered clinicians and trusted oral health providers, acting as valued clinical partners to doctors with autonomy to assess oral health, recommend care, and educate patients without being rushed. The role is open to new graduates and experienced hygienists, offering a modern clinical environment supported by advanced technology, structured onboarding, and hands-on training. Practices are independently owned, fostering local cultures while benefiting from a national network's stability and resources. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN opportunities with manageable schedules (5–7 patients per day) to ensure thorough assessments and patient education. New hires receive structured two-week onboarding and training. The role utilizes digital tools and workflows for charting and clinical decision-making, includes partnership with a Hygiene Support Team for mentorship, and provides hands-on experience with advanced technology like voice-activated perio charting, TRIOS® 3D scanning, and Videa AI.
