Dental Hygienist - 4 days per week with Benefits
About The Position
Salud is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join their family. Hygienists work in a team-based care model, supporting patients and families in self-management and behavior change to provide high-quality dental care. This role involves performing clinical procedures related to professional dental hygiene care. The position offers a 4-day work week with no nights or weekends, and appointments are typically one hour, with options for 90-minute appointments. The Medical Dental Integration program allows for preventive dental services in a medical setting for up to half of the day. Opportunities include providing oral assessments and preventive care in local schools. The role utilizes state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-rays, diode lasers, Cavitrons, intra-oral scanners, CBCT machines, integrated electronic medical dental records, and voice-activated perio charting. Continuous learning is supported with a $2,000 annual CE benefit and five paid CE days, plus optional diode laser training. Salud covers the cost of obtaining and renewing a Colorado Dental Hygienist License and provides comprehensive malpractice coverage. They also pay for one professional society membership annually.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited School of Dental Hygiene
- Possession of a valid current license as a registered dental hygienist in the State of Colorado
- Maintain current CPR Certification
Nice To Haves
- Previous Dental Hygienist experience desired, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
