About The Position
Dr. Sharma (Kavita Sharma DDS PLLC) is the Owner Doctor for two Aspen Dental offices in Connecticut, and our Norwalk, CT practice is continuing to grow. We're excited to add a Dental Hygienist to our innovative, patient-focused team. This office is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including dental lasers(training provided up to 6 CE credits available), giving hygienists the tools they need to deliver exceptional patient care while expanding their clinical skills. We're looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to grow their career alongside a supportive team and strong leadership. Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education
Responsibilities
- Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
- Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care
