We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our growing team and help us continue delivering outstanding patient experiences. We prioritize quality care over rushing appointments, offering 60-minute Prophy/PM appointments, 90-minute New Patient appointments, and 90-minute SRP appointments. We work with industry-leading technology, including an iTero Scanner, iCAT CBCT, VELscope, Diode Laser, and Piezo Ultrasonic Cavitron. We offer a supportive team environment with collaborative doctors and experienced support staff, providing clinical autonomy and professional respect, along with opportunities for growth and continuing education.

Requirements

• Active Virginia Dental Hygienist License (or awaiting licensure)
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Knowledge of all aspects of clinical dental hygiene
• Experience with digital dentistry and modern hygiene technologies
• Passion for comprehensive patient care
• Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
• Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal charting
• Take digital radiographs
• Provide SRP and fluoride treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Build lasting relationships with patients and families
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to provide comprehensive treatment
