Requirements

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Texas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in using dental software and X-ray equipment
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and protocols
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral exams
• Take and develop X-rays
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants
• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow infection control procedures
• Keep up-to-date with dental hygiene best practices and industry developments
