Requirements

Active New York Dental Hygiene license
Passion for patient education and preventive care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Commitment to clinical excellence and lifelong learning
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
A current CPR certification

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional preventive and periodontal care
Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care
Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and screenings
Partner closely with doctors to support comprehensive treatment planning
Build trust and long-term relationships with patients and families
Contribute to a positive patient experience and collaborative team environment
Help drive patient retention through outstanding care and service
Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
