Dental Hygienist (RDH)

This role involves traveling to nearby offices to support practice operations, being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines, managing your schedule for comprehensive patient care and education, expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists, and they receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
- Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle)
- Ability to have Motor Vehicle Record reviewed at any time, according to state requirements
