About The Position

Easy going family dental office with well-established patient base looking to expand our hygiene department to keep up with our growth. Currently we have 4 hygiene operatories and only 1 or 2 working hygienists at a time. Single doctor working, about to add an additional doctor as well. We are hoping to grow our providers to better serve our community! Cottage Lake Family Dentistry is a modern, well-equipped practice that values preventive care, patient experience, and a supportive team culture. Hygienists participate in quarterly paid study clubs and use advanced tools like DentalAI or Overjet to enhance patient education and case acceptance. New grads welcome. Requirements

• Active WA RDH license
• CPR/BLS certified
• Local Anesthetic
• Experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or similar
• Strong communication + teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and periodontal care
• Deliver strong patient education and oral-systemic health discussions
• Build lasting patient relationships
• Use modern technology, including DentalAI
• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team
