About The Position
Cambridge Dental Associates is now hiring a Part Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Houston, TX! This position offers a patient-centric community approach, work/life balance, and career growth opportunities. The practice is established with modern facilities and provides a private practice culture with complete business support. The schedule is flexible, with options for Thursdays and Fridays, or just Fridays. FTE eligibility begins at 28 or more clinical hours per week.
Requirements
- Active Texas Hygienist license
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
- Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience
Responsibilities
- Screening patients during check-ups
- Reviewing patient's history
- Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Documents area of existing restorations
- Use of X-ray
- Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
- Conduct screenings
- Assist patients with oral hygiene
