What You'll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while practicing at the highest level of your license. Perform periodontal assessments, charting, digital radiographs, and patient screenings. Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and personalized home care strategies. Partner closely with doctors to develop individualized treatment plans that improve long-term health. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following infection control and compliance standards. Help create an outstanding patient experience built on trust, compassion, and clinical excellence. What You'll Bring Current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain prior to start). Current CPR/BLS certification. A passion for preventive care and patient education. Schedule (days/hours) Saturday 8am-12pm Responsibilities What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications Who We’re Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
