Requirements
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
- Passion for preventive dentistry and patient education
- Comfortable caring for a diverse patient population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to community-focused, mission-driven healthcare
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive dental hygiene services to patients of all ages
- Perform dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and oral health screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Identify and communicate oral health concerns to the dental team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Support a patient-centered approach to care and community wellness
- Collaborate with providers and support staff to deliver high-quality clinical services
