About The Position
Streeterville practice is seeking a kind and dedicated full-time Dental Hygienist to join our team! Dentologie’s At Dentologie's Streeterville dentist office, we offer top-notch dental care in a welcoming, stress-free environment, just steps from iconic landmarks and Lake Michigan. As a full-time member of an incredible hygiene team with Dentologie, you can expect: Great pay: $50-$57/hr. + $3,500 sign-on bonus Monthly bonus: earn up to an EXTRA $1,000/month (aka additional $7/hr.)! Comprehensive, full benefits package including commuter and scrub allowance Predictable schedule for work-life balance Day 1 support and development from our Lead Hygienist with early career training! Dentologie uses Dentrix Ascend as the DPMS, the latest model of iTero scanners, Piezo scalers, intraoral cameras, Dexis sensors, and Gemini Diode lasers. Each office location uses Nordent instruments with an on-site sharpening machine.
Requirements
- Active IL Registered Dental Hygiene license + Local Anesthesia certified.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed to perform.
- Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
- Provide a 10-star Patient experience.
- Contribute positively to an engaging company culture.
- Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
- Instruct patients on pre- and post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
- Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
- Keep treatment records such as charting existing restorations and planned treatment.
