This role involves traveling to nearby offices to support practice operations and being a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. You will manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education, expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Must maintain a valid non-restricted driver’s license and appropriate insurance or the ability to be insured under the employer’s fleet insurance program (for those assigned a Company fleet vehicle)
