About The Position
Natural Smiles Dentistry is growing and hiring a Part Time Dental Hygienist to join the team in Marietta, Georgia! This schedule is great for a Hygienist looking to add to their current work schedule or consider for great life balance: 1 day per week on Monday 7:15am - 3:30pm, with opportunity to discuss another 1 or 2 days at one of our partner practices! Being a part-time hygienist is a fantastic opportunity because it offers great work-life balance while continuing to make a positive impact on patients’ health, all while having flexibility to pursue your additional interests, spend time with family, or focus on furthering your education. In other words – a job and schedule that works for you!
Requirements
- Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license
- Current BLS/CPR certifications
- Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
Nice To Haves
- 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred
- Open to new Dental Hygienist grads!
Responsibilities
- Screening patients during check-ups
- Reviewing patient's history
- Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
- Documents area of existing restorations
- Use of X-ray
- Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
- Conduct screenings
- Assist patients with oral hygiene
