About The Position
Dr. Susan Seto's team at Cross Keys is looking for a Dental Hygienist in Baltimore, Maryland to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a collaborative, team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist on Dr. Susan Seto's team, you'll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, assessments, and patient education while working alongside a supportive team of dental professionals. Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology, including Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), Overjet AI, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and digital imaging. Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
- Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
