Drs. Grant & Conger is looking for a Dental Hygienist Assistant in Dalton, GA, to join our clinical team. Requirements

High school diploma or GED (Required)
Registered Dental Assistant - Required
Radiology certification (Required)
Prior dental assisting experience

Nice To Haves

CPR certification (Preferred but can be obtained upon hiring)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort

Responsibilities

Prepare and set up treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sterilization
Assist Dental Hygienists during patient treatment progress
Update patient health history and chart treatment progress
Expose and develop radiographs (if certified)
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
Coordinate with clinical staff to manage inventory and sterilization of dental instruments
Support the hygienist with patient scheduling and treatment recommendations and office recall systems
Perform routine tasks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations including HIPAA & OSHA
