PrimeCare Benefits Group is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new Tropicana Health Center, and we're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our founding team! This is a unique opportunity to help launch a new dental practice, work alongside an exceptional team, and make a lasting impact from day one. Our dental offices are located within the Culinary Health Center, where we are committed to providing exceptional dental care and delivering a 5-star patient experience to every patient, every visit.

Requirements

Current CPR/BLS certification.
Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and digital radiography.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and delivering 5-star customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience assisting a dental hygienist preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the dental hygienist during preventive and periodontal procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and sanitized.
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection prevention and infection control standards.
Take digital radiographs in accordance with Nevada regulations.
Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
Enter clinical notes and assist with chart documentation as directed.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Maintain inventory of clinical supplies and equipment.
Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and positive patient experience.
Support the dental team with additional clinical and administrative duties as needed.
