About The Position

Seeking a Dental Front Desk professional who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. This role requires recent employment in a dental practice and involves managing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be available on Saturdays and have specific weekday and Saturday availability for shifts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of recent experience working at a dental office at the front desk.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Saturday availability (Some Saturdays).
• Available to stay until 6:45 pm during the week & on Sat if working, until 3:45 pm.
• Available to start at 8:20am.
• Resume must list recent employment in a dental practice.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend.
• Cross trained as a Dental Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations in a dental practice.
• Handle patient scheduling and inquiries.
• Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate with patients.
• Work some Saturdays and be available until 6:45 pm on weekdays and 3:45 pm on Saturdays if working.
