About The Position
At Eagle Falls Dentistry, we believe every patient deserves to feel confident about their dental care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Part-Time Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment options, navigate insurance and financial arrangements, and create an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and insurance benefits
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Dental experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
- Review insurance benefits and patient responsibilities
- Schedule treatment appointments and coordinate follow-up care
- Help patients feel informed and confident in their treatment decisions
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Work closely with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience
- Support front office operations as needed
