About The Position
As the Dental Network Specialist, you coordinate applications for initial credentialing and re-credentialing of network dentists. In this role, you will handle all applicable updates concerning network and manage all provider directories. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree
- 1 year experience in telephone-based customer service
- Experience with dental billing office practices, including practice management computer system
- Knowledge of ADA/CDT coding regulations and requirements
- Knowledge of insurance regulations
