About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a dependable, mission-driven Dental/Clinical Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic-based environment in Hialeah, FL. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. As center volume grows, weekly coverage will increase, offering long-term stability and predictable scheduling. This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model where clinic staff are on-site full time, with organized scheduling and predictable patient flow in a coordinated, team-based care environment focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment. Our assistants work within established clinic settings supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team, emphasizing quality over volume, predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience required
- Certification or registration required if applicable in Florida
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)

Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support patient intake, charting, and documentation
