Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor, greeting patients with a smile as welcomed guests to the practice.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Administrative organizational skills, learning quickly, and accepting constructive feedback.
• Self-motivated and driven for team success.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including both written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.

Nice To Haves

• 1 or more years of dental front desk experience
• Denticon experience (or the ability to learn)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks, answering office phone and distributing calls or messages effectively, communicating patients' arrival promptly, and maintaining administrative records.
• Work with administrative scheduling, documenting patient dental treatments and payment transactions, following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments.
• Make financial arrangements with patients before treatment and handling collections.
