Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a professional environment with direct patient contact.
  • Demonstrating an outgoing and friendly demeanor, greeting patients with a smile as welcomed guests to the practice.

  • Administrative organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 one or more years of dental front desk experience
  • Denticon experience (or the ability to learn)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all administrative functions in the front office, including reception tasks.
  • Answering office phone and distributing calls or messages effectively.
  • Communicating patients' arrival promptly.
  • Maintaining administrative records.
  • Work with administrative scheduling.
  • Documenting patient dental treatments and payment transactions.
  • Following office procedures for patient referrals and scheduling office appointments.
  • Making financial arrangements with patients before treatment.
  • Handling collections.
