About The Position

eAssist Dental Solutions, the nation’s leading dental billing company, is hiring motivated professionals to help dental practices maximize revenue and eliminate insurance claim headaches—all while working from home. All positions start part-time with the ability to grow into a full-time opportunity within six months (potentially sooner). Some daytime availability is required for all positions. This role offers flexible workload, flexible earning potential ($40,000 - $80,000+ annually in a full-time role), and is 100% remote with schedule flexibility.

Requirements

• At least one year of Dental Billing experience required (insurance claim processing, AR follow-up, appeals, etc.); two years preferred.
• Comfortable using CareStack practice management software and Google Suite.
• A positive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
• Strong accuracy, compliance, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting goals and upholding our brand promises.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Flexibility is great, but staying organized and meeting deadlines is key.
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
• Resolve claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation.
• Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and generate financial reports for assigned offices.
• Attend weekly client meetings to provide updates and address billing concerns.
• Ensure proper claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.
