Requirements
- Completion of a Dental Assisting program resulting in a Certificate of Completion or a Diploma.
- CDA and/or RDA certification.
- DANB RHS certification.
- Xray Certified.
- At least three years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting, chairside.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven.
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree is preferred but not required.
- Prior higher education/postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach Dental Assisting courses.
- Provide academic advising to students.
- Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation.
