Requirements
- Current state-required certifications (including X-ray certification)
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a wide range of procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials in accordance with infection control protocols
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
- Provide chairside support and anticipate the needs of the dentist
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment
