About The Position
Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants for flexible assignments with busy dental practices in and around Appleton, Wisconsin. Opportunities may include per diem shifts, short-term coverage, and ongoing assignments. This role is ideal for dependable Dental Assistants who can quickly join a clinical team and help provide an organized, positive patient experience.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
- Dental radiography certification or registration as required in Wisconsin
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable and comfortable working in a busy dental office
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Clean and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Assist with impressions and general clinical duties
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
