About The Position

Woodland Lakes Dental Studio is hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in Conroe, TX. Led by Dr. Gabriel Polo, the practice is committed to delivering exceptional dental care in a warm, family-friendly environment. They are looking for a talented Dental Assistant to help them continue providing outstanding experiences and clinical excellence. The schedule is Monday - Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. For over 30 years, Dr. Gabriel Polo has been dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive dental care to patients throughout the Conroe community, from routine preventive services to advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry. Their mission is to help every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Requirements

Active Texas dental assistant license
Dental Assistant training/school certification
2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Experience with digital software
Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Assist the Dentists chairside
Welcomes patients
Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
Selection and setup of instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
Instrument sterilization according to regulations
Maintains accurate patient records
Lab tasks as instructed
Provide post-operative care instructions
Maintain clean and stocked operatories
