Full-Time Dental Assistant | Mission Driven Care
About The Position
Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to support dental care in a structured, outpatient clinic-based setting in Napa Valley/Rohnert Park, CA. You'll work as part of an established clinical team inside a community-based clinic serving senior patients. This is a community-based outpatient clinic, not a mobile route and not a high-volume corporate practice. Clinic staff are on-site full time, with organized scheduling and steady patient flow. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics so the care team can focus entirely on patients.
Requirements
- Dental assisting experience required
- Board-approved 8-hour Infection Control course and California Dental Practice Act course (California requirement for unlicensed dental assistants)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Board-approved Radiation Safety certificate required to take radiographs
- Strong organizational and patient communication skills
Nice To Haves
- California RDA license preferred
- Experience with senior or geriatric patients preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support patient intake and documentation
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Take radiographs as directed and within your certification
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
