About The Position

As a Dental Assistant, you will be expected to be a team player with a positive attitude toward your teammates and patients, be comfortable multi-tasking, and work early mornings or evening hours as needed. You will work alongside our dentists to deliver outstanding care to our patients, have a knowledge of sterilization and infection control, and be competent in four-handed dentistry technique. A professional demeanor and appearance are essential, as is the ability to lead others as well as accept coaching from others. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic, upbeat office environment and is able to smile and have fun!

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude toward teammates and patients
• Focus on providing exceptional patient care
• Able to lead others as well as accept coaching
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Comfortable multi-tasking
• Able to fabricate temporaries
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection control
• Competent in four-handed dentistry technique
• Able to work early mornings or evening hours as needed
• Desire to be part of a dynamic, upbeat office environment
• Able to smile and have fun!
