About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a Full-Time Traveling Dental/Clinical Assistant to support care across multiple outpatient clinic-based environments in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within coordinated, community-focused settings serving senior populations. You will travel to all four clinic locations on a rotating basis, providing reliable support to our dental and multi-specialty providers. This opportunity offers flexibility, stability, and full administrative support. The opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model where clinic staff are on-site full time, with organized scheduling and predictable patient flow in a coordinated, team-based care environment focused on seniors. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics — allowing you to focus entirely on supporting high-quality patient care. This is not a high-volume corporate dental environment. Our assistants work within established clinic environments supporting care for seniors as part of a coordinated healthcare team, emphasizing quality over volume, consistency and predictable scheduling, administrative and logistical support, long-term clinic partnerships, and ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery.

Requirements

• Dental or medical assisting experience required
• Active radiology certificate required
• Dental Assistant diploma from an accredited school required
• Comfortable traveling to multiple clinic locations

Nice To Haves

• Experience treating senior populations preferred
• Strong organizational and patient communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
