You will play a key role in supporting the dentist during procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Current Dental Assistant certification (as required by Florida law)
• X-ray certification required
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after procedures
• Provide patients with post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all OSHA and infection control protocols
