Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred; pediatric dental experience is a plus.
- Current Dental Assistant certifications and radiology certification as required by state regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during a variety of pediatric dental procedures.
- Help create a welcoming, comforting experience for pediatric patients and their families.
- Take and process dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain treatment rooms to meet infection control and safety standards.
- Accurately document patient information, treatment notes, and clinical records while supporting efficient patient flow.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
