Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program
- Current Dental Assistant certification in South Dakota
- 2+ years of dental assisting experience
- Radiology / X-ray certification or transcripts
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Time Management in fast pace dental clinic
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside dental assisting during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Maintain patient records in electronic health systems
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards
