We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant who thrives in a positive, team-aligned environment.

Requirements

  • X-ray Certification is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a tight-knit team.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn our specific systems (like same-day restorative workflows) are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality chairside assistance (4-handed dentistry) during examinations and procedures.
  • Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
  • Take and record accurate medical and dental histories.
  • Deliver clear post-treatment instructions and oral hygiene education to patients.
  • Perform dental X-rays and assist with impressions, restorations, and specialized procedures.
  • Strictly follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment.
  • Sterilize and disinfect all instruments and equipment.
  • Set up and break down operatories efficiently to maintain a smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all treatment rooms and clinical areas.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining precise patient records.
  • Coordinate treatment planning and support the front office with insurance verification or billing tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and restock inventory to ensure materials are always ready for procedures.
