About The Position
Dental Dreams LLC in Chicago Heights, IL, is looking for Dental Assistants to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks. A team-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail are also important. No prior dental assistant experience is necessary.
Requirements
- Full Time Availibility - Mon-Fri & Rotating Saturdays
- No Dental Assistant Experience is required!
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Previous Healthcare Experience
Responsibilities
- Work under the general supervision and guidance of a dentist
- Provide chair side assistance to the Dentist during dental examinations and treatment
- Charting during the dental examination
- Take and process X-rays
- Sterilize and maintain instruments, as well as the Sterilization Area
- Set up and break down operatories
- Assist with supply inventory and ordering
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment
- Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Work as part of a team with emphasis on communication
