About The Position
Join Our Fun and Friendly Team at Bluegrass Pediatric Dentistry! Are you a dental assistant with a passion for working with children and a knack for making dental visits fun? Bluegrass Pediatric Dentistry of Richmond, KY is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our vibrant team! We create a positive atmosphere with games, seasonal contests, holiday costumes, and themed office decorations. We also have regular team-building activities to foster a strong sense of camaraderie.
Requirements
- Certificate in Coronal Polishing (Required)
- Strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Dental Experience preferred!
- Expanded Duties Dental Assistants (EDDAs) are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting
- Room setup and sterilization
- Taking X-rays
- Charting and clinical notes
- Providing oral hygiene instructions
- Educating patients and parents
