Requirements

Active Arizona Dental Assistant Certification (CDA) required.
Active Arizona X-Ray Certification required (obtained following your Dental Assistant Certification).
Active CPR/BLS Certification required.
Punctual (ready to go at 7:30 AM), detail-oriented, team-first mentality, and comfortable working in a multi-operatory environment.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred, but motivated, certified DAs with strong core skills and an eagerness to learn advanced workflows are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

Assist during a full scope of procedures-from general restorations and crowns to cosmetic restorations and implant surgeries.
Efficiently capture high-quality digital X-rays, digital impressions, and assist with CEREC cad/cam setups.
Seat patients warmly, explain treatment steps clearly, and put nervous or anxious patients at ease.
Prepare and sterilize instruments according to strict standards, and turn over exam rooms efficiently to maintain optimal appointment flow.
