Our office, Kennett Endodontics, is looking for an energetic and skilled Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty team! As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll play an essential role in creating a smooth, stress-free experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You’ll support the doctor chairside, handle clinical and administrative tasks, and help keep the practice running efficiently.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (specialty preferred)
• 1-2 years of dental experience and PA state X-ray certification is required.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and safety protocols
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• A high school diploma and a dental assistant certificate (if required by state law)
• An active radiology license (if required by state law)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment
• Preparing rooms, instruments, and supplies for procedures
• Assisting the doctor with 4-handed dentistry
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining proper infection control
• Providing post-operative care instructions and patient education
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Helping with scheduling, post-op visits, and payment procedures
• Supporting general office needs and jumping in where help is needed most
